A city gets all dressed up for its “Tschio”

The shop window competition has become the “Tschio-Chic” campaign – and everyone can take part!

The Medienhaus Aachen, the Märkte- und Aktionskreis City (MAC), the Aachen-Laurensberger Rennverein e. V., the StädteRegion Aachen and the City of Aachen are inviting businesses to lend their creativity a free rein.


Whether hotels, retail outlets or restaurants – everyone can take part and decorate their lobby or shop window in Tschio style, place a CHIO Aachen cocktail on the menu, organise a motto evening or the likes … Creativity pays off: All participants receive tickets for the CHIO Aachen 2023 (July 1, Saturday evening in the Main Stadium) and have the great chance to win valuable money and promotional prizes.


All participants receive a decoration starter package with motifs of the CHIO Aachen and the partner country, Great Britain. The campaign period runs from June 9th until the last day of the CHIO Aachen on July 2nd, 2023. Who has the nicest window display, the best idea or the most creative campaign: The customers and/or guests decide and they can either vote for their favourites on-site or via the -CHIO Aachen website. And there is also a nice incentive here too: A reader trip will be raffled off by the Medienhaus Aachen among all of the voters.
