Is it possible to subscribe tickets? ›

CHIO Aachen-Tickets are available as subscription. We will be happy to advise you.

When will I receive a confirmation? ›

After the finalization of your internet booking you will receive an E-Mail containing your booking confirmation. Please keep this E-Mail safe in case any follow-up questions might occur.

Method of payment ›

Choose your preferred method of payment and enter the necessary information. Please make sure to enter the complete and correct credit card information, otherwise problems with regard to the booking may occur.

Which credit card can I use? ›

Mastercard, VISA and American Express are accepted for the payment of the booked tickets.

The entry of the credit card proof number further enhances the security standard for your internet booking. The proof number is a three-digit number (but no relief imprint) on the credit card, which, in contrast to name and card number, is not found on common payment documents. The Mastercard and VISA proof number includes the three last digits of the number in the signature field on the credit card’s back.

How much is the handling fee? ›

A general handling fee of EURO 5,- will be charged (for purchases from Germany and other countries).

Why do I have to indicate my phone number? ›

We need your telephone number in case any problems with regard to your booking (f.e. wrong address data) should occur.

How do I obtain my tickets? ›

After a successful booking, the tickets will be shipped to you by mail. About one week previous to the event’s start, it is not possible for us any more to send out tickets. Instead, you can pick up your tickets at the CHIO’s ticket counter by presenting the booking confirmation or booking code.

Will tickets be refunded? ›

No, tickets will not be refunded. If you have bought a single ticket and realise you can’t attend after all: use our ticket exchange. www.chio-aachen-ticketboerse.de

Will lost tickets be replaced? ›

Lost tickets will not be replaced.

Is there extended security inspections? ›

Attention: Please note that in the interest of everyone entering the show grounds extended security inspections of persons and/or bags will be conducted on a selective basis at the entrances of the CHIO Aachen. We kindly ask you to follow the instructions of the security staff and apologise for any time lag this may cause at the entrances of the show grounds.

Is my ticket valid for public transport? ›

All tickets are valid for your trip to and from the show-ground in the “Aachener Soers” on all regular buses and trains of the Aachen traffic network “AVV” (2nd class) on the day for which your ticket is valid. This does not apply to the “print at home”-tickets.

How many tickets can I order? ›

A maximum of 10 tickets per day and costumer may be ordered. For bigger groups, please contact us directly under 0049-241-9171111 or by E-Mail tickets@chioaachen.de.

How secure is a online order? ›

The booking through our online ticket shop is secured by a “Secure Socket Layer” (SSL encryption). You can normally identify this encryption by the internet address which begins with “https://”. The “s” is the code for the SSL encryption of the data, starting directly after visiting the site of the online ticket shop.

Which kinds of reduction rates are there? ›

Reduced tickets are available for pupils and students (up to 28 years of age) on the days Thursday till Saturday in the Main Stadium. There are no reduced rates for the Mercedes Benz stand (Main stand).

Children (until the age of 6) have free entrance to the show grounds, but are not entitled to a seat. Children who are 7 years or older pay the reduced rate for pupils.

Which kinds of tickets can I purchase in the online ticket shop? ›

In the online ticket shop, you can book day tickets, season tickets and tickets for pupils and students for all CHIO events that are open to advance booking. Wheelchair tickets can only be purchased via the ticket office of the Aachen-Laurensberger Rennverein.

Can I reserve wheelchair places through the online ticket shop? ›

Tickets for wheelchair users can only be ordered at the offices of the Aachen-Laurensberger Rennverein.

How can I pay for the tickets?? ›

Internet bookings can be paid by giropay and by credit card (Mastercard, VISA and American Express), bookings by telephone can be paid -until 4 weeks previous to the event- by bank transfer after receipt of invoice.
