NetAachen invites 20 families
“Hans Günter Winkler Gala presented by NetAachen” on the Friday of the show – 90 Hallas, companions and the Army Music Corps
Hans Günter Winkler is a legend, on a par with Max Schmeling and Fritz Walter. The show-jumper is celebrating his 90th birthday on July 24th. That is reason enough to organise a show in his honour at the CHIO Aachen 2016, the “Hans Günter Winkler Gala presented by NetAachen”. And the official telecommunications service provider of the CHIO Aachen is not only presenting this exceptional event, they are also inviting 20 families to it.
“This is an ideal way of bringing the CHIO, Hans Günter Winkler and his Aachen crowd together,” said NetAachen Executive Director, Andreas Schneider, who is proud “to have the honour of presenting this unique event at our 20th show as a sponsor and on the day of the NetAachen Prize.” NetAachen is raffling off 20 x 5 tickets and the programme that awaits the winning families, is going to be extraordinary. 90 small “Hallas” are going to make an appearance in the Main Stadium as a tribute to Winkler’s legendary mare, companions such as Brazil’s legendary show-jumper Nelson Pessoa are awaited and in recognition of Winkler’s services for youth promotion, aspiring young riders will perform a spectacular jumping quadrille. As a tribute to “HGW”, the Army Music Corps Koblenz are going to play his favourite marches and the spectators can look forward to two choreographies – one on the grass, the other one next to and over it.
Of course, the tickets are also valid for the entire programme in the Main Stadium on Friday – beginning with the NetAachen Prize at 9.30 a.m. Families, who would like to win tickets, should send a nice email to redaktion@na.de. The winners will be drawn from among all of the submitted entries.
