Due to high demand:

Additional date for “Horse & Symphony” on June 28th, 2024

It is going to be about history, about customs, myths and heroes: The “Horse & Symphony” concert at the CHIO Aachen 2024 will whisk the crowd off into times long gone and promises to be an exceptional experience. This is evidently going down very well with the CHIO fans, because there is great demand for the tickets.

“To such an extent that we are glad to accommodate our visitors by offering an additional date,” Birgit Rosenberg, Member of the Managing Board, stated about the breath-taking concert that kicks off Germany’s biggest sports event. This spectacular evening lives from the interplay between the Aachen Symphony Orchestra and a unique horse show. “The first riding and driving event at the Aachen Soers took place in 1924. Which is why everything at “Horse & Symphony” will revolve around this 100 years of show history this time,” commented Rosenberg. Not only on one evening, but indeed on two.

Since there are only a few individual tickets left for Saturday, the organisers are offering an additional date on Friday as a further option to experience the very special atmosphere of “Horse & Symphony”. Because when the evening sun goes down behind the stand, the Deutsche Bank Stadium becomes magical and emotional. Conducted by Christopher Ward, the General Music Director of the City of Aachen, the first note of the extremely popular event that promises to be exceptional again in 2024, will ring out at 8.30 p.m. on both evenings. Birgit Rosenberg doesn’t want to reveal too much about the individual show elements yet, but she does guarantee: “It will certainly be worth a visit!”

Tickets for the additional concert are available online at www.chioaachen.de/tickets, from the hotline on +49-(0)241-917-1111 and from the offices at the showgrounds of the CHIO Aachen.
