Admission and security
The respective admission time refers to the access to the showgrounds (i.e. exhibitor area and stadium where the desired tests take place). The following also applies in particular to the evening events: Access to the showgrounds is only possible from the specified admission time, i.e. usually one hour before the start of the competition.
Please note that selective personal and bag checks may be carried out at the entrances as part of an extended admission control in the interest of all visitors. We ask you to follow the instructions of the security staff and thank you in advance for your understanding that this may lead to time delays at the entrances. Suitcases and larger pieces of luggage may only be brought onto the showgrounds with prior permission. It is also possible to leave them in the luggage depot at the main entrance. Glass bottles as well as cans may not be taken along. Please understand that dogs are absolutely prohibited on the entire showgrounds including the Cross-Country Course Soers. This also applies to the Soers Sunday.
Admission is via turnstiles and scanner columns. Visitors who are in possession of a validated (scanned) original admission ticket, who only leave the showgrounds temporarily and then wish to return, must have their ticket rescanned at the exit to release it for re-entry into the equestrian stadium on the same day.
Ambulance service, police and the lost property office are located at the back of the Mercedes-Benz Grand Stand.
