The German Youth Championships The new German Youth Champions in the disciplines jumping, dressage and vaulting have been awarded their titles. 650 athletes battled it out at the Soers in Aachen in four age groups, for eleven national championship titles. The organisers made four different stadiums available for the diverse competitions, the jumping was relocated from the grass arena to a sand arena at short notice because of the initially difficult weather conditions. |

Aachen Youngsters 2017 For over a quarter of a century, the best aspiring young show-jumpers have been heralding in the Christmas season at the Salut Festival Aachen. In four age groups, they compete to seize the victory in the Grand Prix and claim the Indoor Champion titles. This year, the organisers are extending the show calendar for the young talented athletes by a further spectacular weekend: In future, one week before the Salut Festival the best international aspiring young dressage riders will also compete in Aachen. |

The new CHIO Aachen Magazine is out! The new issue not only contains a summary of the best moments of the CHIO Aachen 2017, the journey into the history of the World Equestrian Festival even goes a few years further back, when sporting legends like Nick Skelton or Isabell Werth recall their most special CHIO Aachen moment. Furthermore, we visited the shooting star on the show jumping scene, Laura Klaphake, asked Rolex Grand Prix winner, Grégory Wathelet, about his recipe for success and took a very special look at how the German athletes spend a summer day at the Soers. |
