In the case of all new construction and conversion measures of the last years, several projects were realised that makes visiting the showgrounds as pleasant as possible for wheelchair users. For example, many paths were paved (using materials that are permeable to water) and a lift was installed in the Deutsche Bank Stadium. There are special areas for wheelchair users and their assistants in both stadiums.
