    Historic carriages

    They are going to be the secret stars of the "World Equestrian Festival Aachen 2015": 23 traditional carriages from German, Belgium and the Netherlands. The magnificent horses and carriages will be driving around the showgrounds and the City of Aachen in the scope of the "Concours d`Elegance presented by the Tesch Family".Carriages will be presented at the town hall at approx. 2.00 - 3.00 pm.

    Tank & Rast-Prize - Jump & Drive

    Combined jumping and driving competition

    • S7/F1
    • A team comprises of one driver and one show-jumper
    • The rider starts first and has to complete a course of 8 obstacles
    • After the last obstacle, the rider dismounts, hands the horse over to a groom and jumps on the carriage
    • The driver then has to complete an obstacle course with the rider on the carriage
    • The team with the fastest time wins, obstacle penalties are converted into 4 penalty seconds
    • Duration of the competition: approx. 30 minutes
